Documental sobre Tito Ingenieri, un hombre del barrio bonaerense de Quilmes, escultor y artesano, dedicado a la herrería y al vidrio. Tito tiene la particularidad de haber construido su casa con botellas de vidrio. Miles y miles de botellas de distintas formas y colores que refractan el viento sur y los rayos de sol.
